In the valley between Casares and Gaucin we take you on a hike along and in the Genal River. This hike is especially suited during warm summer days, as the fresh water of the river is perfect to cool you down, it has a total lenght of about 8,5km and is classified as easy. Along the way you can admire the beautiful mountains that surround the valley, you have a unique look on the Agilas Castle in Gaucin and you and you even encounter the remains romain aquaduct. Halfway we take break so you can enjoy a dip in the water and have a snack, we recommend to bring a light lunchpack. Note this is a dog friendly hike!
